JUST IN: Ondo SSG Resigns

The Secretary to Ondo State Government, Ifedayo Abegunde has resigned his appointment.

Abegunde who is popularly known as Abena, tendered his resignation letter on Monday morning.

He was however silent on why he opted to quit when the state governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu is undergoing treatment for coronavirous.

Abegunde said he would say more on why he resigned at a press briefing later today

An unconfirmed source has however said, he left the Akeredolu’s administration to contest as a Deputy Governor to one of the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial aspirants, Segun Abraham.
