“Make no mistake, Frank Lampard is under big pressure at Chelsea. But he’s been under big pressure his whole career, as a player and a manager.
“Results and performances have not been good enough, and things have to change quickly. Results have to improve immediately.
“They’ve got Luton in the FA Cup, then Wolves and Burnley at home in the Premier League before that big trip to Tottenham on February 4.
“My reading of the situation is: unless results improve straight away, Lampard’s job will be on the line. I think Lampard himself knows he has to get more out of these players and get the club back on track.”
