CYNTHIA MORGAN SLAM DAVIDO’S FANS, SAYS ‘IGNORANT AND UNINTELLIGENT’

Contrary to awarding winning-popstar, Davido 1m request from his friends on Wednesday, dancehall singer, Cynthia Morgan, has described his fans as ignorant and unintelligent.

Calling for the donations on Wednesday, Davido said, “We rise by lifting others abi? Me I don dey rise dey lifting others for the past 100 years. So, I want to know who my friends are. All of my friends one one million Naira. They said we are 30BG. If you don’t send your own. You out of here. You are gone.”

However, he received over N53m in cash transfers in less than one hour after asking colleagues for N1m. So far, the pop star has gotten about N155m.

Cynthia Morgan, took to her Instagram story  said  “I have always known Davido’s fans to ignorant and unintelligent since 2016. So I am not surprised at your foolery.”

The dancehall singer added, “If you have to compel people to celebrate you, it means there is nothing to be celebrated. If you really rose by lifting others and you’re asking for 1 meter publicly then your boys are ungrateful. Make all of una lock up. Poor things.”

Some of Davido’s donors include Nigerian businessmen, Obi Cubana and Femi Otedola. The singer, however, did not disclose the amount sent to him from the likes of Femi Otedola, Obi Cubana, E-Money, Patoranking, and some others.

As of this report, the fundraising is still ongoing with the sum of N155m plus in Davido’s Wema bank account
