Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Ikeja Exceptional Offenses Court on Monday condemned hijack top dog, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, otherwise called Evans, and his co-litigant, Victor Aduba, to 21 years imprisonment for capturing one Sylvanus Hafia.
They were blamed for planning and hijacking Sylvanus Ahanonu Hafia at around 5:30 pm on June 23, 2014, at Kara Road, Amuwo Odofin in Lagos and were claimed to have caught and confined Hafia and requested a payoff of $2m.
Be that as it may, they argued not blameworthy to the four-count charge.
The appointed authority held that the sentence would act as a hindrance other striving for ruffians.
