Babatunde Sanwoolu, the governor of Lagos State, Godwin Obaseki, the governor of Edo State, and Badaru Abubakar, the governor of Jigawa State, all attended the swearing-in ceremony.
APC presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, former governors of Ekiti State Niyi Adebayo and Ayodele Fayose, and Chief Bisi Akande, the party’s founding chairman and a former governor of Osun State, were also there.
