Students’ group names Tinubu as the top presidential contender for 2023.

The All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential candidate Ahmed Tinubu and his vice senator Kashim Shettima have launched a campaign under the auspices of Tinubu/Shettima Students Vanguard to assure their victory in the upcoming general election.

At an event held to formally introduce the initiative, the students who pledged their support said Tinubu and Shettima are currently their top choices.

The movement is focused on the realization of the “Renewed Hope” mission of the Tinubu/Shettima 2023 Presidency Project, according to its national coordinator, Comrade Asefon Sunday Dayo, who is the recently-past President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS).

He claimed the organization will educate, mobilize, and sensitize all of the registered student voters across all of the nation’s universities to take part in creating good governance.

“Nigeria needs a man who is a visionary, a great thinker, and who can lead our nation toward wealth. Nigeria needs a visionary leader who would actually act on his ideas rather than just talking them up. We endorse Bola Tinubu’s bid to lead Nigeria because we have no doubt that he is capable of doing so.
