TAMBUWAL HAS COMPLETED MORE THAN 200 PROJECTS IN KWARE OVER THE COURSE OF SEVEN YEARS.

In the past seven years under Aminu Waziri Tambuwal’s leadership of the Sokoto State government, no fewer than 200 series of capital projects have been carried out in the Kware Local Government area.

When discussing the level of accomplishments so far in the area with newsmen on Monday in Kware, Hon. Jafar Hamza, the chairman of the Kware local government, made this statement.

In terms of the state government’s development programs, he referred to Kware local government as one of the state’s shining local government regions.

“I’m sure you can attest to the fact that this local government stands out as the best when it comes to development initiatives that directly affect the populace.

“Over 90% of the Kware irrigation system, which was started in 1927 but abandoned more than 30 years prior to the governor awarding it at a cost of 3.4 billion Naira, has been completed.

“We can also observe the good influence of the projects because the Kware General Hospital, which was built thanks to the same administration, was opened a year ago.

The local government is one of the twenty local governments in the state that benefited from the water scheme projects; our 1.5 million liters of water are completely on the ground and helping the local government’s residents.

“The government built a number of classroom blocks, the divisional police headquarters, as well as the dualization of inner highways within the local government in partnership with Kware Local Government.”

Additionally, he applauds the state government for alleviating the pain of drivers on the Sokoto-Illela road by building a standard bridge near the Federal Science School.
