Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, the governor of Anambra State, has claimed that idolatry is rapidly increasing in the state, particularly among young people.
Therefore, Soludo advised the church to address the issue head-on in order to prevent the state from being completely overtaken by occultic forces.
At the dedication of a new church facility for the House of Testimony, Life of Faith Gospel Assembly, Federal Housing Estate, Onitsha, the governor made these remarks.
He referred to Anambra as God’s own state and exhorted all religious groups to band together to combat the “common criminals” as one body in Christ Jesus.
The Governor, who was represented by Sen. Baba Tela, his deputy, urged the Corps members to take advantage of the welcoming atmosphere to learn more about the citizens of the nation.

We will all live if we stick together, but if we go our own ways, we will all perish. We should not give up on this land because it is ours.
“Our goal is to build more than 230 kilometers of roads in the first 24 months, which is actually our benchmark. In the state, there have never been roads of the caliber we are providing.
