At the State House Conference Centre in Abuja today, Friday, June 9, 2023, President Bola Tinubu met with traditional leaders from all around the nation.

On his Twitter account, the president posted images from the meeting.

“I enjoyed my engagement, this morning, with a gathering of traditional rulers from across the country,” he wrote in his letter.

During our conversation, I gave them the assignment of aiding the administration’s initiatives to preserve long-lasting peace and unity by encouraging moral behavior and patriotism.

I also pledged the assistance of the government for them as they carry out their crucial stewardship of our distinctive cultural values.
