KANO: GOVERNOR YUSUF DEMOLISHES A MULTI-MILLION NAIRA ROUNDABOUT IN FRONT OF THE GOVERNMENT HOUSE.

Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, Governor of Kano State, continued his demolition exercise in the early hours of Wednesday (today) by collapsing a multi-million naira roundabout at the Government House entrance.

The governor was alleged to have personally oversaw the demolition of the roundabout, which is only a few meters from the Government House’s entrance.

The demolition practice was conducted under strict security oversight.

In 2017, the immediate past administration of Governor Abdullahi Ganduje spent N160 million to restore and renovate the iconic multi-million naira roundabout.

Recall that the governor demolished businesses established by the fence of Sani Abacha Stadium at Kofar Mata, GSS Kofar Nasarawa facing IBB road, and buildings by GGSS Dukawuya, Goron Dutse in the early hours of Sunday.
