Tunji Wusu –

Buba Galadima, a NNPP chieftain, claimed that Rabiu Kwankwaso, the party’s presidential candidate, had not notified the party faithful of his defection to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

In an interview that aired on Channels Television on Thursday, Galadima made this claim.

However, the NNPP leader pointed out that Kwankwaso was prepared to cooperate with President Bola Tinubu.

“Kwankwaso hasn’t told anyone he’s joining the APC,” he asserted. “People are just talking, but what we had before was winner take all.” It is not a negative thing if Tinubu is urging a unity government.

Recall that Tinubu and Kwankwaso had a meeting after Tinubu won the February presidential election.

However, there have been rumors that Tinubu may be considering Kwankwaso for a political post after their encounter.
