The list of contenders for the 2023 men’s player of the year award has been made public by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
On Wednesday, CAF released the list of nominees in advance of the December 11, 2023, award event in Marrakech, Morocco.
The sole player from Nigeria listed on the CAF-released list is Victor Osimhen, a striker for Napoli.
