Adeboye claimed in a video message to his church that he suspended winter during his vacation to Colorado because he dislikes cold weather.

“Years ago, I was invited to Colorado in America in January,” he explained. I despise the cold weather. So I told my father, “I’m going to Colorado; suspend winter while I’m there.”

It was January, and folks were wearing tee shirts all the days I was there. He ushered in summer by pushing out winter. At 5 p.m., I got on the plane to return to Nigeria. All of the snow that had been hanging in the air started to fall two hours after I departed.
