Following Cristiano Ronaldo’s shock move to Juventus, the footballing world is yet to see what could happen in the coming days of the European transfer window.

While Ronaldo’s move to Juventus  might be the biggest move in the transfer window, the following occurrences are bound to happen.

Paulo Dybala’s Possible Departure:

The young Argentine is known for his dexterous nature on the field of play, with his promising touches that pitches him as one of the best youngsters to watch out for in the coming years. But at 24, the winger is expected to have left the stage of being a potential to becoming one of Europe’s buzzing stars, and the arrival of Cristiano could well jeopardise his place in the squad.

Juventus’ club structure:

It is no gainsaying that having the best player on the planet in your club could well cause some uneasy among squad members, especially in a team that have prioritized signing players on a free transfer or better still loan moves more than often in recent years. The arrival of CR7 means the board at Juve will need to make some changes in order to curb any kind of unrest at the club.

Gareth Bale is going nowhere:

Manchester United fans will not like this, but Real Madrid cannot just afford to lose three superstars in one summer ( Zidane, Ronaldo and then… Bale). The new Real Madrid boss, Julen Lopetegui has been saddled with an uphill task of replacing Ronaldo and integrating the team ahead of next season, therefore selling Bale this summer will prove to costly for Real.

Bonus:

Cuadrado will relinquish his number 7 jersey, because the real seven is in town.
