The Nigerian community in the United Kingdom is mourning the loss of Damola Ilesanmi, a resident who tragically passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest. Damola, a devoted husband and father of two, died on Thursday, June 6, 2024.

Damola was a graduate of the University of Bradford and had recently shared the exciting news of starting his new job with the National Health Service (NHS). His sudden passing, just days after beginning this new chapter in his career, has left his family, friends, and colleagues in deep shock and sorrow.
