On Tuesday, the Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed all charges against 119 #EndBadGovernance protesters, including treason felony and incitement to mutiny. The protesters, arraigned on November 1 in two groups, included 32 minors among the 76 individuals in the first group and 43 in the second.
Justice Obiora Egwuatu struck out the case after M.D. Abubakar, counsel to the Attorney General of the Federation, moved to take over and discontinue the prosecution.
