In a surprising turn of events, Daniel Bwala, a former aide to ex-PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, has expressed gratitude after being appointed by President Bola Tinubu as Special Adviser on Media and Public Communications.

The seasoned lawyer and public affairs analyst took to X (formerly Twitter) to commend Tinubu for his trust and confidence in his abilities.

“I want to express my profound gratitude to Mr. President ⁦@officialABAT⁩ for the demonstration of confidence and trust by this appointment,” Bwala wrote.

The appointment marks a notable shift in political alliances and showcases Tinubu’s willingness to collaborate across party lines in steering national communication strategy.
