The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) kicked off its computer-based recruitment test on Saturday, marking a key step in filling various positions within the state-owned oil corporation.

In a statement on its official Facebook page, NNPCL revealed that 45,689 candidates are vying for the available roles. The company emphasized that only the most qualified applicants would secure employment after the rigorous selection process.

NNPCL’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Mele Kyari, visited one of the testing centers to ensure the process was smooth and credible. Kyari reiterated the organization’s commitment to fairness, transparency, and inclusivity, adding that special arrangements were made for applicants with disabilities.

This recruitment exercise, announced in July 2024, underscores NNPCL’s pledge to attract top talent through an open and merit-based process.
