President Bola Tinubu has left Abuja for the United Arab Emirates to take part in the 2025 Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, which is scheduled to take place from January 12 to 18. The president departed Nigeria’s capital at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, with the event being held at the invitation of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
The summit, themed The Nexus of Next: Supercharging Sustainable Progress, will bring together global leaders to discuss and explore innovative pathways to accelerate sustainable development. It aims to fast-track the transition to a sustainable economy, ultimately fostering a prosperous future for all through collaboration between policymakers, business leaders, and civil society.
