The world’s most valuable national football teams have been unveiled following the March international break, with England national football team leading the rankings.
According to the latest valuations released by Transfermarkt, England’s squad is currently valued at a staggering €1.62 billion, placing them firmly at the top.
In second position is the France national football team with a squad worth €1.41 billion, while the Spain national football team ranks third, boasting a €1.31 billion valuation from their 27-man squad.
The Portugal national football team occupies fourth place with €865 million, closely followed by the Italy national football team in fifth position at €858 million.
South American giants, the Brazil national football team, rank sixth with a squad value of €854 million, while the Germany national football team sit seventh at €817 million.
World champions, the Argentina national football team, are placed eighth with €782 million, followed by the Netherlands national football team in ninth position at €712 million.
Rounding off the top ten is the Belgium national football team, with a squad valuation of €549 million.
The rankings highlight the financial strength and depth of talent across Europe and South America as national teams continue to compete at the highest level.
