There were six persons on board, and our source learned there were no casualties.
As the plane crash-landed at Lagos’ Murtala Muhammed International Airport on Monday, the passengers on board a Nigerian Air Force jet panicked.
On Monday, according to a source at the airport, the plane made a crash landing on Runway 18R.
Six individuals were on board, and there were no casualties, our heritage reporter learned.
The source reported, “Air Force plane crashes lands in Lagos airport at Runway 18R.”
At the Lagos airport, it occurred at a location known as “18 right.”
The tires wouldn’t come out for landing because of a fault with the landing gear. It was a wise choice by the pilot to land the plane on the bush.
There were six passengers on board, and they are all safe.
A similar big air tragedy was avoided at the airport in July 2019 when an Air Peace Airlines B737 lost one of its front tires.
The aircraft had just landed from Rivers State and was carrying no less than 133 people. The pilot was attempting to maintain control when it crashed.
There were no reported injuries in the incident.
According to reports, emergency services were on the scene to control the situation.
