Marinus Iwuchukwu, 59, a Nigerian professor living in the United States, and Charce Dunn, a woman, were discovered dead in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.

Their bodies were discovered on Tuesday, January 17, along Thorncrest Drive in Wilkins Township, Pittsburg, following an alleged “domestic disturbance” around 10 a.m.
Allegheny County Police said they received calls from a neighbor asking them to check on a couple fighting inside their home. According to the police, they received information that the male occupant had been stabbed and the female occupant had a gun on her.

The SWAT team broke into the house and discovered Iwuchukwu and the 50-year-old woman dead. Both appeared to have lacerations, and the woman appeared to have self-inflicted gunshot wounds.

The incident is being investigated by police as a possible murder-suicide.
