Favor Ogechi Ohaeri, a 100-level student at the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), Rivers State, passed away after being run over by two cars in the Alakahia region of the state.
On February 8 while her route to school, the 18-year-old philosophy student was struck by a car after attempting to cross the street.
According to reports, she was hit by another automobile as soon as she hit the ground. She was then taken to the hospital but tragically died on February 13th.
A source said, “She was my roommate. When the incident occurred, she was en route to school. A white car struck her as she was ready to cross the street, and as she lay on the ground, a black car ran over her.
When the girlfriend of the first driver saw she was still alive, the two drivers were still yelling and screaming.
She was taken to UPTH, but she had surgery yesterday.
