Asiwaju Bola Tinubu would perform so brilliantly in his first term, according to Betta Edu, National Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), that Nigerians would ask him to run for a second term.
Edu stated this during an interview with Channels Television on Thursday.
On Thursday, Tinubu received Nigeria’s highest honor, the Grand Commander of the Federal Republic (GCFR). On May 29, he will take office as president.
The APC women’s leader asserts that Tinubu will get started right away after becoming office.
President-elect Donald Trump would focus on the “low points” of President Muhammadu Buhari’s previous term, according to Edu.
“I wager that, four years from now, Nigerians will beg Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term.
“The first thing we need to realize is that Nigeria is still developing. President Muhammadu Buhari made it very apparent in his speech tonight at the state banquet hall that he had put up a valiant fight.
He claimed that he was giving control of Nigeria to someone who, in his opinion, would carry on from where he left off and do better.
“Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is a deep thinker and doer,” Edu continued. one who has excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
“I can confidently state that Tinubu has clearly outlined his objectives for the upcoming 60 days, including what he plans to do, what he intends to accomplish, when, and where.
“He is completely aware of the task at hand. He has everything ready. He wants to get going right away.
