Morris Monye, Convener of Super Volunteers for Peter Obi, has expressed confidence in the party’s presidential flagbearer, Peter Obi, and its gubernatorial candidate in Lagos state, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, winning Lagos state in the 2023 elections.

Obi is running for the presidency of Nigeria and will face off against heavyweights Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress.

In Lagos, the LP faces a formidable challenge in deposing the incumbent APC government led by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who is seeking re-election.

According to Morris, the era of election rigging has ended as a result of the implementation of BVAS.

As a result, he believes Obi and Gbadebo will win the election in Lagos state.

“The era of election rigging is over,” he wrote. Unfortunately for the opposition, BVAS has arrived.

”Most rigging happens at the wards but this will be eliminated as the result is transmitted directly to INEC

He added, ”So let me explain.

”Before Polling units get their result, the result is accurate, everyone is happy, it is then sent to the ward. In the ward, 2 + 2 does not equal 4, rigging is done. It goes to the INEC office at the LG from LG to state REC.

”Let me recap Polling Unit: Accurate
Ward: Magic
LG: Magic becomes established
State REC: Shoddy result is now law.

‘Criminals now enter power.

However, Nigerians and Lagosians have opted for LP. The opposition is terrified. Everything is falling into place for us.”
