There have been two recessions in Nigeria over the past 23 years. Both of those recessions happened while the federal government was dominated by the All Progressives Congress.
Additionally, in the previous 23 years, Nigeria’s GDP growth rate reached a peak of 15.33% in 2002, while Waziri Atiku Abubakar served as chairman of the National Economic Council. In the previous 30 years, Nigeria has only once seen double-digit economic growth.
Nigeria’s economy has not grown as quickly as our population throughout the last seven years of the APC leadership. As a result, more Nigerians must compete for fewer resources.
Waziri Atiku is the only major presidential contender with expertise boosting the economy and raising our GDP.
Dont Miss: Sessions on terrorism and a book on Buhari will be led by Agwai and Lai Mohammed.
Vote for the candidate whose leadership made double-digit GDP growth rates in Nigeria possible in the past if you want that to happen again.
That is not mentioned on Bola Tinubu’s resume. That is not listed in Peter Obi’s profile. Risks to our economy exist. Learners who assert, “I know how to do it,” are not what we need. We require a person who can confidently assert, “I’ve done it before.” The Waziri Adamawa is the one who you are referring to.
Nigeria is in a terrible economic situation. He already has experience working both nationally and internationally, which is exactly what we need. Obi and Tinubu have only had local experience. Voting for them would be like making a bad situation worse!
Please join me as I continue Day 7 of the #WhyShouldIVoteAtiku series with yet more reason to vote for Atiku tomorrow, God willing.
