Isaac Oyedepo, the son of David Oyedepo, the founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners Chapel, has received advice not to defile or undermine any church while performing his ministerial responsibilities.
In a YouTube video that Oyedepo posted on Tuesday, Isaac shared it on his X account.
In “Unveiling of the Isaac Oyedepo Evangelistic Ministries,” a video. Oyedepo spoke to a group of people who were presumably followers of his son’s recently established ministry.
During a testimony, the clergyman recounted correcting a churchgoer who tried to disparage TREM and Deeper Life Bible Church. He advised Isaac not to follow in the footsteps of the new wave of ministers who thought they were everything.
This is the first budget presentation for 2024 since taking office, precisely six months ago.
“Our goal is to ensure that the Approvation Act comes into effect on January 1, 2024,” he stated during his speech to the national assembly.
As the administration aims for a 3.76 percent economic growth in the upcoming fiscal year, Tinubu highlighted national security, local job creation, and poverty reduction as the key priorities of the 2024 Appropriations Bill, which he named the “Budget of Renewed Hope.”
He said, “My son, His times are not in your hands, your times are in His hands. Don’t be part of maligning or bringing down any ministry.
“Some years ago, someone stood up to give a testimony and to malign TREM and Deeper Life and I corrected it immediately. Never get to a point where you say this thing is only happening with me.”
It would be recalled that Oyedepo’s family made headlines a month ago after the news emerged about Pastor Isaac’s resignation from his father’s ministry.
The reported resignation was announced by Church Gist, a media platform owned by Pastor Leke Beecroft, one of the long-term pastoral assistants at the LFC Headquarters in Ota.
In September, Pastor Isaac was said to have hinted about his plan to commence a new church ministry. The national youth pastor of the Youth Alive Fellowship (YAF), had disclosed that the new youth pastor will take the youthful congregation to glorious heights.
