AFTER HE ALLEGEDLY CRASHED AN AGENT WITH HIS CAR TO AVOID CAPTURE, THE NDLEA ISSUES A WANTED NOTICE FOR A DRUG DEALER FROM LEKKI.

The National Drg Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has named Sowunmi Ayodeji Kayode, a reputed drug dealer with ties to Lagos, as wanted.

The agency claimed in a statement on Wednesday, August 23, that the drug dealer fled after driving his automobile to run down an NDLEA officer in an attempt to avoid being apprehended when agents searched his home last weekend.

Following solid information that he was dealing in illegal drugs in his home, anti-narcotics agents from the agency raided the household of the wanted drug dealer on Friday, August 18, located at 2/3 Adetola Ayeni close, Lekki, Lagos, for a search and potential arrest.

In a dramatic turn of events, he put his car in reverse as soon as he arrived on the property and noticed NDLEA police, knocked one of them to the ground, and then ripped down his gate before ramming it through the fence of the neighboring complex.
