Prior to their inauguration on May 29, Bola Tinubu, the newly elected president, and Kashim Shettima, the newly elected vice president, have moved to Defence House in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
After moving on Wednesday, the pair will do business out of a building held by the government until May 29 after the induction ceremony.
The pair will then leave the institution and move into Aso Rock Villa, the presidential palace.
Recall that Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, had been proclaimed the winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
At the Presidential election tribunal, Tinubu’s victory is currently being contested by the opposition, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and the Labour Party.
