Babatunji Wusu –

Frank Kokori, a former general secretary of the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) and a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, claimed he was dying in a hospital bed.

The venerable statesman said that he was undergoing treatment for a kidney-related illness and that the agonizing symptoms were quickly taking his life.

In a Nigerian Tribune interview, Kokori stated that NUPENG had left him alone in a Warri hospital, where the air conditioning had been turned off by the hospital administration.

The former NUPENG scribe said that he was being abandoned in a Warri “third class” hospital by people who were supposed to be looking out for his welfare. Additionally, Kokori revealed that he had been hospitalized for some time.

Declare to the world that Kokori has risen from the grave. Horeb Hospital Warri is the only man in Warri capable of handling kidney issues.

However, I have additional difficulties. There’s a problem with the air conditioner. Additionally, AC can survive until dawn. What a nation!

“Get yourselves mobilized. Please listen to what I have to say to this nation. Please give it your all.

“Tell them I’m dying and I can pay any amount, but please turn on the air conditioning for me.”

“The air conditioner stopped working. Please give it your all. Turn it on. I just want the world to know that, should I survive, I will humiliate this nation’s leaders. I know I can come back to life.

Disgrace to them. How is Kokori in a hospital classified as third-class? I am aware that the problem is with the diesel, therefore everyone are doing their best.

“The air conditioner is not on.” I am here with two of my foster children. I’ve sent someone to the hospital administration to tell them to turn on the air conditioning and that I’ll cover the cost when I leave. I’m going to die.

I’ve informed NUPENG that their leaders have suffered as a result of their actions. That NUPENG was not even able to look after me. It is depressing. Godspeed to all of you.
