Tunji Wusu –

As candidates battle for ministerial posts, the APC Youth Development and Solidarity Forum (APC-YDSF) has asked President Bola Tinubu to take Mr. Michael Achadu of Benue into consideration.
Tobias Ogbeh, the group’s president, made the announcement during a news conference on Thursday in Abuja.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, Tinubu will submit the names of ministerial nominees to the Senate for confirmation on or before July 28 in order to meet the legally required time.

Ogbeh asserts that Achadu’s nomination will establish the APC as a party that honors fidelity, commitment, and dedication.

He said that Tinubu did the right thing by rewarding people who put forth the time, effort, and goodwill necessary to help the APC win elections across the nation.

“Some of the people vying for positions in the Presidency right now did next to nothing to help the party retake Benue.

“We are aware of those pushing for appointments right now, both in Benue and in the vicinity of the Presidency in Abuja.

“But we must be honest with ourselves; some of them were unable to deliver their wards or polling places during the previous elections. What did they do to help the party win the most recent general elections?

Only a few group of them, including Michael Achadu, truly supported Tinubu’s bid for the presidency.

“Achadu essentially took up the majority of the costs for our organization and numerous other interest groups, as far as I can recall.

He “was always there to support the course of Tinubu from the primaries through the general elections.”

The group’s president went on to say that Achadu was the best qualified person from Benue with the technical know-how to hold such a post.

“Achadu is a philanthropist, an icon of diligent service, professionalism par excellence, with global economic expertise, a consummate business mogul, and an epitome of hope to the young generation,” says one observer. He spoke.
