The Appeal Court sitting in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital chaired Yusuf Halilu on Monday upheld the September 14 judgment of the Ogun State governorship election petitions tribunal.
The tribunal had earlier declared Prince Dapo Abiodun of the All Progressives Congress (APC) winner of the March 9 governorship election in Ogun State.
The court said the appeal lacks merit, saying it stands by the decision of the lower tribunal.
