Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette is said to be considering a move away from the Emirates before the end of the European summer transfer window, according to reports.

The Frenchman, who arrived Arsenal from Lyon two seasons ago, has not been able to stamp his authority on the striking position as the Gunners signed another forward in Pierre Emerick Aubamenyang.

Reports in the France outlet, Le10sport claim that Lacazette is getting weary of his reduced role at the Emirates and will look to get more first team opportunities elsewhere.

However, it is understood that Arsenal are reluctant to allow the player leave this summer, as most European clubs circle for the possibility of move for the striker.

In related news, Arsenal are set to lose another promising talent this summer, following news that Reiss Nelson is on the verge of joining German Bundesliga side, Borussia Dortmund after agreeing to a deal.

Before now, it is believed that Nelson, whose current deal at Arsenal will expire at the end of the 2018/19 season, will sign a new deal to remain at the club following comments from former boss, Arsene Wenger who praised the youngster’s ability.

Wenger said:  ‘He has the technical ability needed in the Premier League,

‘He can run at players, he can dribble – you don’t find that a lot. As well as link-up play we want to play, I believe he has that. ‘It’s a good opportunity for him, let’s see how he does.’
