
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Basin Development Authority (NDBDA), Prince Ebitimi Amgbare, on Monday attended the All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders’ meeting with Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri. The meeting was held at the Government House Conference Hall in Yenagoa.
During the gathering, stakeholders unanimously passed a vote of confidence on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, reaffirming the party’s support for his leadership and endorsing him ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking at the meeting, Hon. Amgbare praised Governor Diri for his foresight and inclusive leadership style, describing the stakeholders’ engagement as timely and strategic. He noted that the initiative reflects the governor’s commitment to consultation, unity, and collective decision-making.
According to Amgbare, such engagements are crucial for strengthening party cohesion and advancing a shared vision for sustainable development and political stability in Bayelsa State.
