The National Assembly has been urged by Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) to assist the National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC) in addressing what it dubbed “nudity” on the well-known BBNaija reality program.

NCAC has been outspoken in its criticism of the BBNaija show and has often called for legislative action.

In a statement, MURIC urged lawmakers to give NCAC more authority so that it can put an end to the “nudity” on the program.

The Islamic Rights Society declared its support for Segun Runsewe, director-general of the NCAC, in his calls.
