Former Big Brother Naija lockdown housemate, Erica Nlewedim on Monday, applaud herself for overcoming the traumatic experience she went through at the cause of the show.

The Ex-tv reality star revealed this via her instagram account.

Her stay in the big brother house, was terminated after a heated controversy with her fellow housemate Laycon.

In her words, “In the past one year, I’ve been working, almost like a robot. Not thinking of how far I’ve come, I was just focused on my goals, trying to outdo myself and make everyone around me proud.

“My life has been on fast forward and it was a lot. It took its toll on me and I had to take a break to heal.

“I couldn’t understand how I had successfully avoided thinking about any of the traumatic experiences that had happened to me in the past one year.

“It was a struggle to think back to those moments of fear and sadness but I did. I spoke to Erica, forgave her, applauded her and promised her she would be proud of herself in a few months.

“I’m healed and I’ve come so far! I want to thank God, my loved ones, my Elites, Management and fellow housemates. Words can’t describe how much I appreciate you all. Thank you.”
