President Muhammadu Buhari inaugurates a 5000 Barrels-Per-Day (BPD) Waltersmith Modular Refinery in Ibigwe, Imo State.

Buhari in a virtual commissioning of the PBD said the establishment of the modular refineries in the country will make petroleum available in the country and eliminate importation.
