Breaking: Evans: Court Dismisses No Case Submission

Justice Hakeem Oshodi of an Ikeja High Court on Friday dismisses no case submission filed by the defends council of   Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike also known as Evans and four co-defendants

The court declared that four co-defendants of alleged kidnap kingpin Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike also known as Evans have case to answer.

The judge held that there are substantial evidences, especially the confessional statements of the defendants, to warrant their trial.

The Judge therefore ordered them to open their defence.
