BREAKING: TINUBU CALLS OLUBUNMI TUNJI-OJO TO ACCOUNT FOR CONNECTIONS TO BETTA EDU SCANDAL

Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, the minister of the interior, has been called by President Bola Tinubu to appear in person at Aso Rock Villa.

The Nation reports that Tunji-Ojo was reportedly called because of his alleged connections to a business that was allegedly implicated in the financial mishandling of Betta Edu, the suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.

Recall that the interior minister’s company, New New Planet Projects Ltd., is said to have received an N438 million consulting contract for the National Social Register from the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs.
