President Muhammadu Buhari met behind closed doors with Bayelsa Governor-elect, David Lyon, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Monday.
It was gathered that Lyon was accompanied on the visit by National Chairman of the (APC), Adams Oshiohmole, Kebbi State Governor, Atiku Bagudu, his Jigawa State counterpart, Badaru Abubakar as well as Minister of State, Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva.
He defeated his closest rival, Duoye Diri of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who scored 143,172 votes.
