Grammy-winning musician Damini Ogulu, also known professionally as Burnaboy, has responded to Wizkid’s boastful remark about the richest musicians after Wizkid’s colleague Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun said the same.
Wizkid is one of the most talked-about figures on social media after he blew up at his coworkers and urged them to always refer to him as Daddy or Sir when they meet.
In the message uploaded via his official snapchat account, Wizkid said that even if Davido, Burnaboy, and other musicians asked their parents for financial assistance, he would still be richer than them.
Burnaboy, the “Last Last” crooner who is well known for his records of shutting down concerts this year (2022), wasted no time in responding to Wizkid’s direct jabs at Davido, Burnaboy, and some other artists.
Burnaboy boasts about earning $100M (N74billion) from his record tours, concerts, and other performances this year on his verified Instagram page. He claims that no other musician in the nation has earned such a sum.
Furthermore, because Burnaboy is currently the most paid Nigerian singer, he advised Wizkid to smoke his (Burnaboy’s) recently introduced cannabis strain known as BRKFST and then sit down.
I can’t talk money with you if you haven’t made $100M this year, Burnaboy wrote. Just sit down and smoke BRKFST.

Wizkid reacted by inciting more violence by disparaging Burnaboy and calling him small in comparison to him.
