…New signings tighten competition as Jackson faces uncertain future
…Rodrygo’s Real Madrid stay in doubt as Xabi Alonso opens door to exit

Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson may be on his way out of Stamford Bridge before the close of the summer transfer window, with fresh interest mounting from Premier League and overseas clubs, The Athletic has reported.

Jackson is one of five players the Blues are reportedly willing to let go, as the club sharpens its attacking options under new manager Enzo Maresca. His future now hangs in the balance following the arrival of forwards Joao Pedro and Liam Delap, who are expected to heighten competition in the frontline.

Since his move from Villarreal to the Premier League, the Senegal international has come under consistent criticism for his performances, prompting the club to seek alternatives.

While Jackson’s future is uncertain in west London, similar winds of change are blowing in Madrid.

Real Madrid are said to be open to parting ways with Brazilian forward Rodrygo, despite the player’s preference to remain at the club. Manager Xabi Alonso and his technical crew are reportedly unsatisfied with the winger’s output, particularly his limited impact during the FIFA Club World Cup.

Rodrygo joined Los Blancos from Santos and has shown flashes of brilliance, but he now finds himself at a crossroads as the club considers reshaping its attack ahead of the new La Liga season.

Both Jackson and Rodrygo could headline a summer of high-profile exits as their respective clubs redefine their tactical directions.
