COURT ARRAIGNS TWO FOR ASSAULT

A Lagos State Magistrate Court has granted bail to two men who allegedly committed assault.

The suspects Segun Opabola and Ibrahim Atolagbe appeared before the Samuel Ilori High Court ,Ogba where they faced two counts of violent charges

The Magistrate A.K Dosunmu ,granted the two men bail of 100,000 each.

The first defendant Segun Opabola allegedly created a whatsapp group chat ,added random people and started sharing provocative messages through the platform.

The second defendant ,Ibrahim Atolagbe was accused of cutting off a finger of Mr Williams Olayemi with a matchete ,his neigbhour, this happened on the 22^nd of May at their residence No 23,Adebayo street Ketu Lagos.

They both pleaded not guilty to the charges

The magistrate adjourned the case to 10^th 0f July 2019
