Dangote Refinery Cuts Diesel Price Again, Now N1,020/Litre

Dangote Refinery has once again lowered the price of automotive gas oil, commonly known as diesel, reducing it from N1,075 per litre to N1,020.

The spokesperson for Dangote Group, Anthony Chiejina, exclusively confirmed the price adjustment  on Tuesday.

“Yes, we have reduced the price of our diesel,” Chiejina stated in an interview, emphasizing the company’s commitment to making fuel more affordable.

Since commencing diesel production in January 2024, the refinery has implemented multiple price cuts, dropping the cost from an initial N1,700 per litre to the latest rate of N1,020 per litre.
