DATES OF JAMB’S 2024 UTME RELEASE

The registration period for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will open on January 15, 2024, and end on February 16, 2024, according to a statement released by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Furthermore, in a release on Wednesday, the board said that the main UTME will be held from April 19 to April 29, 2024, and the MOCK-UTME would take place on March 7, 2024.

A two-day Information Technology (IT) and Management Retreat conducted between November 26 and 28, 2023, produced a number of recommendations, which the board outlined in a statement issued by its spokesman, Fabian Benjamin.

As stated by JAMB, “Examination slips are expected to be printed by candidates starting on April 10, 2024.”

The full statement said as follows: “The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, or JAMB, has set January 15 to February 26 2024 as the dates for the sale of its Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, or UTME, application document. This decision was made in response to a number of recommendations that emerged from a two-day Information Technology (IT) and Management Retreat that was held between November 26 and 28, 2023.

Meanwhile, the main UTME is scheduled to take place from April 19 to 29, 2024, with the 2024 MOCK-UTME scheduled for March 7, 2024.

“As of April 10, 2024, candidates are expected to print their examination slips.”
