After competing to a 1-1 draw with Rivers United in the championship game on Sunday night, the Aba giants won their ninth championship.
The team led by George Finidi finished the competition with nine points from five games.
Rivers United and Remo Stars both share an equal number of points, but with a lower goal differential.
Peseiro, who attended every game at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos, also expressed his congratulations to the other five teams who competed in the Super Six playoffs.
