Farm Manager Raises the Alert over Danger to Life by Abductors

A Farm Manager at Pampo Town in Asa localGovernment Area of Kwara State, Mr. Sogo Emmanuel Ogunmola, has raised the caution over the persistent dangers to his life by the ruffians, who had abducted him before he was rescued by the combined team of security agencies.

Ogunmola, in a press explanation gave in Ilorin on Monday, approached the security offices to act the hero so he wouldn’t be kidnapped once more.

He noticed that following his delivery from the criminals’ lair, he has been getting different calls compromising his life and that of his family that they would be captured once more.

“I’m approaching consolidated security organizations to safeguard my life and that of my family towards guaranteeing that we are not grabbed once more,” he said in the articulation.

Shooters had on June 24, 2022, captured him at Pampo Town in Asa Nearby Government Region of the state and requested an amount of N20 milion as payoff from his family before he could be delivered.

The person in question and 10 laborers of the homestead were supposed to be chipping away at the ranch when the shooters raged the ranch.

It was accumulated that after attacking the ranch, the shooters were said to have shot irregularly high up and kidnapped the people in question.

Sources near the town said that the criminals were said to have captured eight people while the leftover two people were said to have gotten away into the shrub.

They added that the occurrence was not the initial time, as the ruffians were said to have been threatening a few ladies in the town as a large number of the ladies have been assaulted on their ranches.

Further examinations uncovered that the appalling advancement in the town has prompted the awkward passing of numerous ladies nearby.

Thus, security organizations have been on the manhunt of the abductors.
