  • One of the most common snacks available and easily affordable is groundnut. These guys are quite popular and even more popular as they are called by several nicknames.

    Whatever name you know it by, groundnuts are a fantastic source of plant-based protein containing various minerals and vitamins, as well as plant compounds.
