Abdullahi Ganduje, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has responded to the Federal High Court’s ruling that dismissed a suit seeking his removal from office. The suit, filed by the North Central APC Forum, questioned Ganduje’s appointment based on his geo-political affiliation.
Ganduje labeled the suit as baseless during a press conference at the party’s secretariat in Abuja, expressing gratitude for the support from the North Central APC Elders Forum following his legal victory. He emphasized that the court found the allegations meritless and noted that the plaintiffs lacked the standing to file the suit. Justice Ekwo’s ruling supported the APC’s objections, further asserting that the plaintiff’s organization was not a registered entity.
