  • Says home training, shame, and morals hinder rapid fame
  • Speaks amid Burna Boy’s sex-for-Lamborghini scandal

Renowned On-Air Personality (OAP) Gbemi Olateru has ignited conversations on social media, asserting that those seeking swift wealth and fame in Nigeria must abandon their morals, home training, and shame.

In a thought-provoking post on her X handle, Gbemi challenged her followers to reflect on the kind of success they truly desire. She emphasized that societal values often stand in the way of rapid success, stating:

“If you want to be rich and famous quickly in this country, you have to lose your home training/shame/morals. Is that the kind you want, though?”

Her statement comes amid the ongoing controversy involving singer Burna Boy and socialite Sophia Egbueje. The scandal erupted after Sophia publicly accused Burna Boy of reneging on his promise to gift her a Lamborghini following a one-night encounter.
